About the role

Key Accountabilities • Oversee the daily operations of the Microsoft 365 environment, including upgrades and defect fixes. • Assess the current setup and suggest improvements to the Microsoft 365 platform and related applications. • Manage Microsoft 365 optimisation, liaise with end-users to prioritise enhancement requests, and test quality before release. • Troubleshoot user and technical issues within the Microsoft 365 environment. • Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines and manuals. • Identify risks related to Microsoft 365 and plan appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Skills and Experience • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field • 5+ years' experience in administering Microsoft 365 • Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices, including Office365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Windows Enterprise • Experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions • Experience troubleshooting and solving problems with Microsoft 365 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
