About the role

The role sits within a fast-paced, friendly legal team and provides support in the delivery of our immigration services to our clients, as well as ensuring that strong and positive client relationships, with our corporate and individual clients, are developed and maintained.  You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a global firm, with exposure to blue chip company clients, and develop valuable skills.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently through quickly learning specific processes and procedures. Candidates will also have good client service and communications skills, as limited interaction with corporate clients, visa applicants and internal stakeholders may be required.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are enrolled in a law degree (preferable) or working towards studying law
  • Have client service orientated skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with strong time management skills and are self-motivated
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team
  • Have the ability to follow process and procedures
  • Possess strong MS Office skills
