Ready to make a splash in the world of quality? As a Laboratory Technologist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our beverages by providing analytical chemistry support to the operations team at our Abbotsford brewery. This includes sample management and testing of beverages as well as providing timely data to stakeholders to ensure group quality and customer standards are being met. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

You will be working 8-hour shifts, rotating between days, nights, and afternoons. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing on beverage and in-process samples to ensure compliance with business and customer standards.
- Manage sample integrity and ensure accurate preparation, analysis, and reporting of results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in line with internal and manufacturer guidelines.
- Utilize SAP to receipt samples and record analytical data.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any out-of-specification results, escalating issues when required.
- Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Support internal quality audits and compliance with externally accredited quality systems.
- Ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals, adhering to OHSE and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Collaborate effectively with brewing, packaging, maintenance, and quality teams to drive operational excellence.
