  • Developing quality assurance procedures
  • Build test functions from scratch including writing test plans and automating processes
  • Take ownership of the whole testing function within the business
  • Support the Quality Assurance process throughout the organization
  • Ensuring all development adheres to the user acceptance criteria for each user story
  • Automation of the testing process
  • Deliver high quality solutions that delight our customers

  Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Document test strategies, plans and processes
  • Participate in process improvement and compliance to deliver high-quality software products and services successfully and consistently
  • Cooperate in the enhancement of the methodologies employed for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and metric and status reporting.
  • Assist clients with user acceptance testing while continuously take initiatives to implement best practices
  • Provide QA feedback during sprint retrospectives
  • Ensure QA is completed timely and within sprint timeframe

  Key requirements for the role:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a predilection for the production and maintenance of high-quality documentation
  • Capable of maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can meet deadlines and follow instructions
  • Have technical passion with cloud technologies and channel model experience
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • MS SQL Server and SQL scripting and concepts, knowledge of Java, Linux and APIs
  • Familiar with relevant programming language(S), typically under an OO methodology such as C#.
  • Knowledge of the vocational education and training sector would be highly regarded
  • Have 3+ years of Quality Test Engineering.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (Cypress preferred)
