- Driving workplace technology strategy to create a frictionless and scalable work environment.
- Leading global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in workplace technology solutions.
- Building an engineering culture that fosters innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Developing and executing technology roadmaps to improve user experience and business performance.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders including the CIO, Technology Leadership Team, Information Security, and external vendors.
- Anticipating and adapting to emerging technology trends to future-proof workplace technology at Iress.
- Managing global budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring maximum value and efficiency.
- Driving operational excellence and service improvements using data and key performance metrics.
What you will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in workplace technology, IT infrastructure, or enterprise technology management.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive large-scale transformation and operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, continuously seeking new ways to improve processes and technology solutions.
- Experience managing global budgets ($5M+) and negotiating complex vendor agreements.
- Deep technical expertise in workplace technology, enterprise architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Risk management knowledge, ensuring technology decisions align with security and business continuity needs.
