About the role

About The Role

  • Partnering with stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements for new analysis.
  • Reporting and communicating customer insights.
  • Acting as a central reference and information source of stakeholders, providing information and guidance in interpreting data for decision making.
  • Investigating and analysing business processes and work practises, and their impact on the customer and business outcomes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practises and systems functionality.
  • Loading analytical solutions into operational practises, applying systematic test plans and quality assurance processes to ensure quality and integrity.
  • Using data and modelling techniques to identify root causes of issues and uncover opportunities for future state system design.

  About You

  • Experience in conducting complex data analysis utilising analytical software tools and techniques. Experience with SQL is essential.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau or MicroStrategy
  • Translation of data analysis into insight.
  • Proven ability to translate and articulate business needs into data analysis plans.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluation options.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity and provide pragmatic solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organize tasks and manage competing demands.
