We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineers / Testers to join our dynamic team in our new state of the art hub in Ballarat! You’ll be working on a nation-building project for the federal government. What You’ll Do

Assist in testing software applications to ensure they meet top-notch quality standards Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues Execute test cases, report results, and contribute to continuous improvements Learn and apply testing methodologies and tools within a Salesforce environment Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team in an agile environment

Who We’re Looking For

No prior experience required! If you're a recent graduate from either TAFE or University or completed studies no more than 2 years ago with a passion for engineering, technology, or software testing - this role is for you! Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Great communication and teamwork skills Prior experience in testing or software development is a bonus, but not essential

Security Clearance Requirement Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
