About the role

How will I help?

  • Design and develop user interfaces for customer-facing applications using React JS and Redux.
  • Write clean, modular, maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
  • Implement responsive designs with reusable and scalable UI components.
  • Collaborate with service owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical user stories.
  • Utilize problem-solving and debugging skills to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Adhere to accessibility standards and best practices in UI development.
  • Engage with various stakeholders and support the broader engineering community.

What do I need?

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in UI development.
  • Financial services/banking experience.
  • Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Bit, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
  • Expertise in React JS, Redux, Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for automation and innovative technologies.
  • Degree or equivalent in science, computer science, or maths.
  • Experience with Splunk/App Dynamics, cards, and digital payments.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design principles, security/auth standards, and Kafka.
