About the role

The Opportunity - About the Role   Based at our Sydney Head Office you will work with a team of experienced property professionals that will provide you with mentoring and development to progress your career. Supporting an experienced project team, this diverse and rewarding role will see you develop your skillset in Residential Development.   Stockland's Masterplanned Communities are renowned for their exceptional liveability, affordability, and comprehensive amenities. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, Stockland ensures that each community is well-connected, vibrant, and conducive to a high quality of life   Depending on your area of expertise and experience we have multiple opportunities to work on projects within our portfolio that are at different stages of the development cycle.   ** Key Responsibilities**  

  • Assist the Project Team: Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered according to business strategy.
  • Financial and Contract Management: Help with financial plans, contract preparation, and securing approvals.
  • Planning Approvals: Assist in obtaining necessary planning approvals to ensure project compliance with local regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and review engagement plans to drive strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Response: Address customer issues professionally and promptly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Enable efficiencies by connecting people across functions.
  • Risk Management: Implement operational risk procedures and identify compliance issues.
  • Project Review: Support end-of-project reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

   About You   To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to achieve results. You are customer-focused and have a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. Additionally, you will have:

  • A degree in a related discipline with prior relevant experience in planning, property, development, or construction and/or extensive relevant experience.
  • The ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving customer-focused outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
  • The ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Resilience and excellent communication skills.

    Sales Pipeline Fulfilment

    Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads

    Outbound Prospecting

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

    Lead Qualification

    Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
