Client Manager | Melbourne Aon is looking for a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse clients and implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the portfolio. This role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership team to drive positive results in the region.

What the day will look like
- Manage and service a defined portfolio of insurance clients
- Identify opportunities for growth and design appropriate servicing solutions
- Develop new and profitable business within the segment
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business
- Achieve renewal and new business targets
- Mentor and develop team members
Skills and experience that will lead to success This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to progress their Insurance Broking career with a leading firm. Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:
- Experience growing and servicing a client portfolio (insurance)
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Special Risk, Public & Products Liability, Commercial Motor, Commercial Strata, Cyber, Management Liability (preferred)
- Exposure to Professional Indemnity, Marine Transit, Corporate Travel (highly regarded)
- Superior communication skills
- Comfortable providing relevant solutions to clients
- Tier 1 - Insurance Broking
