About the role
The Role
We’re looking for an Influencer & Partnerships Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team and take our influencer program to the next level. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing influencer and partnership strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for Linktree.
As a key player in the growth marketing team, you’ll work closely with social media, performance marketing, and content teams to identify, activate, and nurture influencer relationships. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our influencer collaborations are aligned with our brand goals and deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Own
- Build and execute a strategic influencer and partnerships program to amplify Linktree’s brand presence.
- Research, identify, and engage with influencers, content creators, and brand partners who align with Linktree’s audience and values across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing influencers and brand partners to create authentic, high-performing content.
- Lead and optimise Linktree’s affiliate creator marketing strategy, ensuring that creators are incentivised to drive sign-ups and conversions through trackable links and unique discount codes.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiations to briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
- Work cross-functionally with social, paid media, and content teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
- Own influencer gifting, ensuring product placements align with key campaign moments and brand storytelling.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate partnerships, reporting on performance, learnings, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs, optimising for reach, engagement, and ROI.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media marketing, preferably in a digital-first or high-growth brand.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and content creation.
- Strong experience managing influencer and affiliate partnerships, including outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content approvals.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and apply insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Highly organised with exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for digital culture, creators, and brand storytelling.
- Experience working with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- A proactive, creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset.
