Let’s talk about you

  • Have an understanding of the telco industry
  • Have a sound knowledge of our voice products and services sold under the Fonebox and Zintel brands
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telco helpdesk or customer service
  • Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations

  • Gain and maintain deep knowledge of ABB brands’ services
  • Provide support to customers in the areas of provisioning, billing and incident management

    Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams
