About the role

About the Role We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Senior Finance Business Partner to join our internal commercial finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a large professional services organisation, driving financial performance, building relationships across the business, and enhancing our reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and provide robust financial support and guidance
  • Analyse management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance across cross centres
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, supporting informed decision-making
  • Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for further education in line with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver training sessions where required
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through proactiveness and confidence in presenting financial information

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CA or CPA equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Partnering, management accounting or financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience within professional services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
