What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to exhibit your leadership skills in financial reporting, forecasting and business partnering. You will have oversight of critical financial controls and audit processes.

_This role is required in Melbourne, and you must have ability to attend the office located in the Melbourne CBD. _

Snapshot of the roles:

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Business partner across account and client functional areas
• Support business decision-making for the leadership team
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs
• Manage audit processes and maintain finance controls
• Oversee ad-hoc reporting requirements

Key Skills and Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex deliverables and tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with JD Edwards or Tableau preferred
• Accounting or finance experience, ideally in property industry
• Supervisory experience highly regarded
