Key responsibilities: The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for customers providing a high level of service in greeting and welcoming customers whilst offering them a professional valet services.
  • Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided.
  • Provide high level knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customers queries regarding airport amenities and other available services.
  • Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle.
  • Safely parking and retrieval of customer vehicles.
  • Organise and file paperwork relating to customers vehicles and daily transactions.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous customer experience 
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and customer first attitude
  • Full manual VIC Drivers Licence and a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team focused and flexible
  • Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
  • Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.
  • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer literacy 
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Ability to work shifts, including overnight shift work
  • Flexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • All successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours.
