About the role

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic diary management and stakeholder coordination
  • High-level executive support and complex scheduling
  • Team operations and administrative leadership
  • Critical reporting coordination and documentation management
  • Event planning and execution (team offsites, meetings, celebrations)
  • Systems and process improvement

  You will Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration/coordination
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Experience with Board and Committee support
  • Outstanding organizational and anticipatory skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
