We're seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic diary management and stakeholder coordination
- High-level executive support and complex scheduling
- Team operations and administrative leadership
- Critical reporting coordination and documentation management
- Event planning and execution (team offsites, meetings, celebrations)
- Systems and process improvement
You will Have:
- 5+ years of experience in administration/coordination
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong financial acumen and reporting capabilities
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Experience with Board and Committee support
- Outstanding organizational and anticipatory skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
