Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

About the Team Join our team as a Livestreaming Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in supporting promotional activities, translating and proofreading external communications, mastering in-app and external platforms, and handling data sorting and collection.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the planning and operation of local live streaming events in Australia, including but not limited to content creative planning and program implementation, cross-departmental cooperation and coordination, and improving regional revenue indicators through high-quality activities. 2. Launch marketing activities based on industry and festival hot spots, take charge of overall project planning, cooperation with partners, online resource allocation, event landing and resumption, and create event IPs with influence on the regional market. 3. Cooperate with the media, integrate platform resources, plan LIVE broadcast programs and activities, improve TikTok LIVE's visibility and influence, and enhance TikTok LIVE's brand image. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese as this position will entail working scenarios where both languages will be used. 2. Great time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication skills, stress resistance, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in tech & media industry is advantageous. 2. Strong business acumen in emerging industries.
