About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
  • Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
  • Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations

 

What We need from you:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a guest services role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
