What we're looking for You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual ready for the first step into your HR career. You are a multi-tasker and can work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on your various projects.

What you will be doing? As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a dynamic role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture duties. You will process day-to-day administration of the department in an accurate and timely manner.

You are a Canva super star, using your creative side to promote our team's activities and events. You have a proactive approach and are always looking at elevating our team members experience. 

This role reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. This is a part-time role, working three days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What you'll be responsible for

    HR Query Handling

    Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies

    Recruitment Coordination

    Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
