About the role
About the Role
- Creation, development, and delivery of local area marketing strategy and engaging content across social and digital channels in partnership with suppliers and local teams to drive customer reach, engagement and acquisition
- Development and briefing of paid media campaigns for centres with the media buying agency, and then monitoring and enhancing performance by measuring results and optimising to drive success
- Creation and delivery of centre bespoke eDMs, website content, including blogs, photography, and videography, and social media content plans to drive customer engagement across a dedicated cluster of centres
- Ongoing measurement, monitoring and reporting of social and digital performance metrics in line with KPI objectives
- Assistance in enhancing customer experience by contributing to customer service processes, presentations and programs that maximise centre sales potential
- Management of the content and distribution investment to ensure all expenses are in line with the centre marketing budget allocation
About you
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience.
- Marketing experience including technical knowledge relating to the production of marketing materials.
- Experience with managing media and marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in managing budgets and multiple projects.
- Empathy with, and appreciation for, our customers.
