Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup IT Support Analyst?
In this role, you will be the first line of IT support for all Smartgroup employees. You will be part of an impressive team that learns from each other and works together to deliver IT solutions.
This is a fantastic Max Term Contract opportunity (up to October 25) for any IT enthusiast looking to take a leap into their first technical role and build an exciting career in this dynamic field. To be successful at Smartgroup, you will need:
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in supporting PC hardware and software in a Windows environment. * Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration. * Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management. * Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management. * Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. * Ability to support mobile devices and remote access solutions.
Soft Skills:
* A big-picture thinker who collaborates, adapts, self-leads, and role models how they deliver results. * Highly developed written and oral communication skills, particularly in discussing technical matters with non-technical people. * Good prioritization and time management skills. * Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems.
