What You’ll Do

As a Junior Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you'll support the development and operational teams by assisting in environment setup, tooling, and software configuration management processes. You will work under guidance to help manage project development and test environments while learning best practices for CI/CD and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Environment Provisioning as part of the project delivery life cycle. Work with development and testing teams to support project activities. Help set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Learn and support code management and deployment processes. Follow CI/CD best practices and assist in developer tools onboarding. Contribute to automation efforts and environment configuration management. Support documentation of processes and execution of runbooks. Develop foundational knowledge of Salesforce DevOps concepts and tools. Be willing to learn and troubleshoot developer environment issues. Gain hands-on experience in software deployment and environment management.

Here’s What You Need

1-1.5 years of experience in a DevOps or software development-related role Basic understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts with exposure to tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps Exposure to Salesforce or willingness to learn the Salesforce ecosystem Understanding of software deployment processes and environment management Basic troubleshooting skills for developer tooling and environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus points if with

Understanding of scripting languages such as Bash or JavaScript

Security Clearance Requirement Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
