About the role TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. With a focus on Australian eCommerce brands, this Client Partner needs to have knowledge and expertise in product and performance advertising. Focussed on supporting brands scale and grow overseas. The role will see the candidate partner and grow the biggest and best fashion and beauty e-com players in Australia. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of platform and industry experience, with a combination of retail & e-com client expertise, portray brand, performance & ad-tech and is passionate about creativity and TikTok.

Responsibilities - Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities - Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients within our Mid-Market team - Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients - Create compelling sales propositions utilising internal and external data for respective regions - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services - Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies - Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service - Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : - 5 years of demonstrated experience in brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising - Strong and relevant experience and connections - Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study - Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing - Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying - Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders Preferred Qualifications : - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals - Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist - Excellent communication and presentation skills - A team player and collaborator - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up

    Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers

    Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects

    Gather market insights and customer feedback, and clearly communicate these to internal teams including the Sales, Marketing and Product team
