As a **Client Services Representative, **you will support our APAC customers who are using our cloud-based software products to maximise the use of our platform, making sure that all features and benefits are fully utilised. Our people are purpose-driven! We act as a force for growth and a force for good. We call this good growth.    Some of the key activities for this role are: 

  • Elevate customer service standards to redefine excellence in every interaction. 
  • Enable customer empowerment through personalised onboarding, guidance, education, and training on the Ansarada platforms.
  • Proactively addressing customer technical inquiries and challenges, serving as a trusted advisor on Ansarada's suite of products.
  • Top of Form
  • Strategically identify opportunities for customer expansion and capitalise on upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Bottom of Form
  • Identify remarkable customer stories that can be used throughout the broader business.
  • Providing closed-loop feedback between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure continuous process optimisation.

  • can work a roster of shifts ranging between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm Mon – Fri and rotating weekend shifts.
