About the role

In this Associate Director role, you will:

  • Drive an innovation and product development process, working from identification of base customer needs, developing a product vision, driving tech delivery and go-live processes, proving market fit through to market incubation and product iteration and scaling of the product in market.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the NAB Group to understand business drivers, issues and opportunities for a product.
  • Manage overall time, quality and cost trade-offs (including budgets and burn rates) to ensure effective progress is being made at the Innovation and Partnerships portfolio level.
  • Identify the cost and benefit drivers and develop a viable commercial model for products at scale.
  • Engage with prospective third parties and establish true partnerships in order to effectively deliver innovative propositions.
  • Identify, qualify and quantify potential investment opportunities and collaborate to bring these opportunities through to fruition.

  What you will bring:

  • Proven extensive experience within Product Management, Digital, Partnerships or Innovation roles, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience delivering commercially successful innovative solutions, including governance and business case development, ideally within the space of Climate Transition.
  • Experience in human centred design to develop deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to influence and guide decision making with a diverse audience.
  • Passion for driving real climate progress through delivering solutions that achieve strong commercial outcomes.
