About the role

As the Digital Analyst, you’ll be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in digital analytics, personalisation, tag management, and customer journey optimisation. Initially, you’ll develop and implement a tag management strategy to enable personalised experiences across 7-Eleven’s digital platforms, driving business growth. Over time, you'll define and implement digital analytics to enhance customer journeys and contribute to the wider digital data strategy to support across the wider enterprise.

What You’ll Do: The longer term focus will be to engage with a stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to capture and leverage digital analytics to support with growth and optimisation of initiatives beyond loyalty such as ecommerce, paid media optimisation, and store productivity.

  • Develop and lead a tag management strategy to support customer journeys and insights.
  • Define and implement digital product analytics to measure and enhance the digital experience.
  • Identify and recommend analytics requirements to drive personalisation and key customer outcomes.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track digital product performance.
  • Inform and influence the digital data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to uncover insights and optimise digital experiences.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in tag management and digital analytics tools (e.g., Tealium IQ, (or other TMS) Adobe Analytics,).
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and personalisation.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with operational reporting and measurement.

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge of MarTech platforms and CRM integration.
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing.
  • Background in loyalty and personalisation initiatives.
