About the role
What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute capital projects in occupied properties across Melbourne. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects within the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential built environments.
An overview of the role: • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition and risk assessment • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams • Oversee budget development, cost control, and financial reporting • Create and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology • Manage procurement processes and contract administration • Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective communication • Implement risk management and compliance strategies • Incorporate sustainable design and construction practices
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for: • Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction, Engineering, or related discipline • Proven track record in delivering capital projects • Sound knowledge of base building services • Experience in capital works or project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Logical and analytical thinking • Superior stakeholder management abilities • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
