About the role

About the role Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for producing engaging video content? We're looking for a Creative Producer to join our vibrant Creative Services team, where you'll bring fresh ideas to life across multiple platforms. In this dynamic role, you'll get to flex your creative muscles developing video concepts, producing content that resonates with our audience, and supporting our mission to make the world better for women and girls. From brainstorming innovative reel concepts to managing full-scale video productions, you'll be at the heart of Mamamia's creative output, working in a collaborative environment where your voice and vision truly matter.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

  • Brainstorm and develop creative video concepts with compelling scripts and storyboards
  • Lead various elements of pre-production including casting, location scouting, and shoot planning
  • Create and edit engaging short-form reel content for our social platforms
  • Collaborate with the Managing Producer to structure shoots and source the right crew
  • Manage on-set production, serving as the main contact for talent and crew
  • Oversee quality control during post-production to ensure the final product aligns with the original vision
  • Develop comprehensive briefs for other areas of the Creative Services team
  • Contribute fresh ideas and innovative thinking that speak to specific briefs across various channels

  • You're creatively driven and enthusiastic about working across a variety of projects
  • You have exceptional written, editing and copywriting skills with experience in creating content across different mediums
  • You possess strong time management skills and adapt easily to changing schedules
  • Your communication skills shine when coordinating with teams through pre-production, on-set, and post-production
  • You're digitally obsessed and social media savvy with a passion for current platforms
  • You're confident with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, Capcut, and Canva
  • You approach feedback with curiosity and respect, and maintain a positive mental attitude that wows clients and colleagues
