About the role
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Portfolio Digital Coordinator to join our collaborative, friendly and passionate team in a fast-paced environment across three hotels to support the production and delivery of tactical marketing campaign strategies for the hotels, including digital and online marketing to maximise the profile and profitability of the hotel. **What you will be doing: **
- To assist with the acquisition of marketing assets for social media including video and photography.
- Develop and maintain the various media databases of the hotel and communicate regularly regarding promotions and events.
- Keep up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.
- Ensure maximum PR and Communications opportunities from liaising with Accor Corporate Communications.
- Assist the Portfolio Director of Sales & Marketing with proposals, drafting documents, mail-outs and outgoing communication material.
- Assist the leadership team in developing and executing the marketing strategy by coordinating marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Responsible for the collection and organisation of all Marketing correspondence within the Hotel.
- Assist in the distribution of materials when required e.g. hotel brochures, sales kits for external promotions.
- Assist in creating content for print, online and digital distribution, always ensuring the Hotel marketing guidelines and brand standards are adhered too.
- Liaise with the sales team, senior management, corporate and suppliers as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor or tertiary qualified hospitality professional with at least 2 years' experience in either Hotel operations or a Sales and Marketing role.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Have sound digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics.
- Eye for detail with excellent organisational skills, ability to maintain calendars and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Social media experience is an asset.
- Genuine passion for guest experience, hospitality, and the tourism industry with a guest-centric mindset.
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with graphic design, social media, and content creation platforms (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
