About the role
Key Responsibilities • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting and property reporting. • Asset Management: Drive asset net profit by maximizing revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget. • Lease Management: Manage lease administration, including accuracy of lease set up, rent reviews and managing critical dates. • Lease negotiation: Assist in negotiation new leases, renewals and disposals. • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention. Manage regular tenant meetings with minutes. • Contractor Management: Ensure contractors and service providers complete tasks satisfactorily, respond to queries, and manage timely payment of invoices. • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and drive programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
About You: We are looking for a highly organized individual with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. **The ideal candidate will have: ** • Experience: Solid understanding and 3+ years’ work experience in property management, preferably within workplace/ office. • Knowledge: Good working knowledge of lease documentation, land legislation, and OH&S. • Skills: Strong analytical and financial budgeting skills, with a client-focused approach. • Attributes: Ability to maintain effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
