About the role
Your Impact As the Trade Promotional Optimisation (TPO)/ Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Product Owner, you will oversee the deployment, management, and optimisation of trade promotional tools across Asahi Beverages (ALB, CUB & ABNZ). This role blends revenue growth management, analytics, and technical expertise to drive sales growth and ROI. You’ll serve as the commercial lead, providing regular updates to the SteerCo on risk mitigation and progress. You will report to the Group Head of Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) and collaborate with teams across Revenue Management, Finance, Change Management, and IT to implement and optimise TPO solutions. This is a 19-month fixed term contract with view of extension
Key responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and integration of TPM/TPO software across business divisions.
- Own the TPM/TPO project delivery and future enhancements.
- Ensure TPO tools align with business needs and are properly configured.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to test and ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in the customisation and design of vendor software to ensure alignment with business requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Manage the project backlog, prioritise enhancements, and build business cases.
- Provide training and support to ensure users fully leverage TPO tools.
- Work with other stakeholders to ensure platform compliance with architecture, governance, and IT requirements.
- Create playbooks and coach SRGM teams on promotional analysis and improvements.
- Monitor promotional activities to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity and develop dashboards to track promotional performance.
- Manage relationships with TPO vendors (Complexica, Promax) and negotiate contracts.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- Previous experience in trade promotion management, revenue growth management, or related fields.
- Experience with advanced TPM/TPO tools
- FMCG or retail background highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem-solving,
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Proficiency in TPO software or advanced data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
