About the role
About the Role Join our fast-growing marketing team as a Marketing Events Coordinator! Bring your eye for detail and creative flair to help scale NinjaOne's demand generation efforts across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll drive event logistics, research, planning, and execution - while collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Location- North Sydney, NSW Hybrid Remote. Based in the heart of North Sydney, this hybrid role primarily operates from our central office, with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Event Logistics: Own a portfolio of corporate events and conferences, including tradeshows and regional events. Manage comprehensive logistics, including scheduling, strategic planning, swag coordination, budget management, onsite team coordination, vendor oversight, and flawless execution. You’ll oversee the entire event lifecycle—from setup to tear-down—ensuring every detail is covered.
- Event Research: Identify relevant events, conferences, and tradeshows that align with business goals and target audiences. Work with vendors and internal teams to assess the most impactful opportunities. Present recommendations to drive decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Promotion: Drive event promotion by managing social media campaigns, email communications, and sales outreach. Ensure prospects and customers are well-informed by engaging with the NinjaOne team to amplify event awareness. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product leadership to strategically enhance demand generation and customer engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners, including warehouses, printers, and event hosts. Participate in regular calls with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution. Collaborate with various teams to support content development and maintain on-brand messaging.
- Organisational Efficiency: Manage multiple events and complex timetables in a fast-paced environment. Track activities from lead generation to inventory management. Use tools like Asana to assign program elements, track progress, and execute successful events. Oversee swag inventory, shipments, expenses, and vendor management.

About You
- Education & Experience: Minimum 2+ years of corporate events or conference management experience, including hands-on, onsite event execution. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, along with 1+ year of experience in demand generation or lead generation.
- Willing to Travel: Comfortable travelling to manage and attend events across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Event Enthusiast: You thrive in fast-paced, in-person event environments and have experience managing 10+ events annually, handling everything from booth setup to post-event communications.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: You excel at managing multiple projects, keeping everything on track, and ensuring clear communication in a high-speed environment.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: You work effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams, bringing an energetic, team-first attitude to every event.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in tools such as Pardot, Zoom, Asana, and Salesforce. Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred.
- Creative Problem-Solver: You bring fresh ideas and a forward-thinking mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve event processes.
