In the consumer market Prezzee allows users to never miss the opportunity to redeem a Gift Card again while allowing users to choose from 100s of top retailers.
About the role
Prezzee is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery of key projects, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance across our product lines. Reporting to the Lead Architect, you'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to define roadmaps, drive migrations, and champion best practices in security, observability, and cloud-native architectures. As an active member of the Architecture Guild, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies, influence technical direction, and deliver impact at a global scale. **This is a 4 days in office (Monday - Thursday), WFH Friday. Role based in Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC. ** Key Responsibilities:
- Align solution architecture with Prezzee’s strategic objectives.
- Define technical roadmaps, assess dependencies, and oversee technology selection.
- Ensure security and compliance, including PCI DSS, GDPR, and PII standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
- Work with microservices, event-driven systems, and AWS cloud-native applications.
- Advocate for observability, traceability, and security best practices.
- Contribute to technical standards within the Architecture Guild.
