About the role

Join our Banking and Financial Services technology division and work in the Engineering Insights team as a Technical Business Analyst.

What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be passionate about engineering metrics and in particular, engineering insights. You will play a crucial role in working with various stakeholders for gathering technical requirements to enable the Engineering Insights team to ingest engineering metrics from various data sources.

You will also play a key role in producing contextualised and actionable insights to drive engineering best practices. Apart from being efficient at requirement gathering, most importantly, you will have the opportunity to create ideas to connect different types of engineering data to create actionable insights.

What You Offer

* Proven experience as a technical business analyst, including gathering business/functional requirements and translating them into technical requirements. * Skilled in producing functional and technical scoping documentation. * Experience with ThoughtSpot and BigQuery (or similar technologies). * Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders and teams. * Experience working with engineering metrics and producing insights.
