About the role

The Role: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support across an assigned portfolio in the provision of facilities management, promoting and implementing best practice across a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises for our Commonwealth Clients. • Support the management of facility services for all WoAG properties aligned to JLL’s remit.  • Develop sound working relationships with key functional staff including but not limited to Portfolio Managers, Client Operations Managers. • Build a working knowledge of client site staff to assist with the delivery of facilities management activities across the assigned portfolio. • Regular attendance of sites within assigned portfolio to support with asset capture or validation, safety inspections, site condition inspections, building fabric inspections, and client engagement. • Deliver the relevant contract initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in process, systems, and reporting

What you will bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facility, Property, or related field, preferably with a Government or Corporate Sector client. • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to develop and lead a team and liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver on outcomes.  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential.

• Knowledge of HSE & Australian Standards (AS) requirements.  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialised services. • An understanding of basic technical aspects of property, and fixed maintainable assets. • Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.
