You will play an integral part in a team that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across the built environment, transport, land and water, energy and government sectors.
You will be required to undertake a mix of field based and desk-based work, with the requirement to travel and work in regional areas on occasion. The candidate will be involved in ecological work for a range of projects, particularly in the renewable energy, transport and Defence sectors. Here are the key things you will do:

What can you bring to the team? You’ll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future. The ideal candidate would have experience in botanical and/or zoological field survey, have strong report writing skills, be well organised, and be capable of working independently and within a team. To be successful, you will have:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in ecological consulting in Victoria.
- Current VQA accreditation and working knowledge of Commonwealth and Victorian legislation and policy.
- Tertiary qualifications in botany, ecology, environmental science or a related field.
