About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Support AED program implementation and maintenance, ensuring configurations meet customer specifications.
  • Set up and monitor accounts across virtual platforms, handling updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for customers—providing timely communication and clarity on any changes, updates, or service needs.
  • Coordinate with distributors on customer requests for AED accessories and consumables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service outcomes based on customer needs and platform insights.
  • Work within a structured framework while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong foundation in troubleshooting and using digital platforms (experience with LIFELINKcentral™ is a plus, but not required).
  • Confidence navigating structured procedures while being adaptable when the unexpected comes up.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills—you’re the kind of person who brings calm and clarity to every interaction.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on follow-through and accountability.
