Your day will include:
- Owning internal channels (including newsletters and the intranet) and being the key contact for internal news that celebrates our people and shares important updates across the business.
- Planning and delivering communication campaigns that support business priorities, important change and transformation projects in partnership with functional teams.
- **Bringing events to life **(both big and small), from coordinating logistics to helping design in-person, virtual, or hybrid experiences that engage and connect.
- **Creating high-quality content, **from strategic messaging to storytelling pieces and visual assets, across a variety of formats and platforms in our channel framework.
- Supporting external communications and marketing activities where needed, ensuring our internal and external stories align and amplify each other.
- Looking for better ways to work, bringing a continuous improvement mindset to help the team streamline, scale and lift our impact.
About you You’re a corporate communications pro with 5 to 7 years of experience, most likely in internal communications or a generalist role where you’ve had hands-on experience with messaging, channels, campaigns and stakeholder engagement. You’re confident working with people at all levels, including senior leaders, and can turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and compelling messages. You’re equal parts strategist and doer. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture, but also rolls up their sleeves to develop, plan and execute all elements of a project. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects without compromising on quality. You’re curious about technology, collaborative by nature, and always looking for smarter ways to deliver value through communications. Industry experience in engineering, construction, science or tech is a bonus, but not essential. Don’t meet every single requirement? That’s okay! If you’ve got the drive to proactively work your development, we’ll support you every step of the way. What matters most is your attitude, your energy, and your passion for making communications meaningful.
