About the role

What will you experience in your typical day? Firstly, you will be engaged in exciting and large-scale client transformation programs and deliver the latest end-to-end SAP solutions. We expect you to: 

Be a key contributor to our award-winning EPM Capability.

  • Support business development activities, including pre-sales activities (i.e. proposals).
  • Support junior members within our SAP practice on their career progress journey.

Lead technical delivery streams throughout the client's transformation journey. It includes:

  • Demonstrating sound functional and industry knowledge in client-facing workshops 
  • Implement state-of-the-art solutions incorporating solution best practices.
  • Adopt and incorporate Deloitte's leading market tools and methodologies in the engagements.
  • Understands the interaction of business processes and supporting technology and can explain it in business terms to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Support the development of high-performing people and culture aligned with Deloitte's values, making an impact that matters and delivering exceptional client service.

  About the Team Deloitte's SAP Enterprise Technology and Performance practice help clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software, and this team is expanding rapidly.

We seek talented **Senior Consultants **to supplement our expert team and become critical members of Deloitte's growing SAP practice. 

Outside of your client diligence, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte's SAP practice. We are looking for future leaders, and we offer training to ensure every member has the potential to become a prolific leader.    Enough about us. Let's talk about you. We are looking for someone with these core experiences:

  • The candidate must have three to five years of delivering end-to-end EPM solutions
  • Broad functional expertise in developing analytical solutions.
  • Solid hands-on experience.

 

Core skills:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud Planning

Desirable and differential skills:

  • BPC Standard or Embedded
  • Functional expertise in Consolidation, such as BPC or Group Reporting
  • Additional knowledge of non-SAP tools. Example: Anaplan and Onestream. 
  • Programming skills. Example: Javascript, ABAP. 
  • Knowledge of ETL and reporting tools.
  • Certifications in this space.

Functional and Leadership Skills:

  • The candidate must demonstrate a sound functional knowledge in core process areas, including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources. 
  • The candidate must demonstrate team collaboration skills with key stakeholders and engagement streams.
  • The candidate must demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills.
