About the role

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Ensuring that both HR and payroll systems meet the requirements of Fair Work and National Employment Standards in Australia, as well as the corresponding legislative standards in New Zealand. You will also ensure that clients adhere to all relevant labour laws, providing guidance on compliance with payroll tax, leave entitlements, superannuation, and other statutory obligations.
  • Helping and guiding our customers through our interactive training process. Many of our customers are not experts in Payroll and/or HR, and you will be managing many portfolios at any one time, so to be successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and prioritise tasks to drive great outcomes.\

This will include the following:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Manage the implementation of both HR and Payroll platforms for clients, ensuring all solutions meet their specific needs.
  • Consultancy and Training: Serve as the main point of contact, delivering comprehensive training and best practice guidance for the HR and Payroll platforms.
  • System Configuration: Work with clients to gather requirements and configure their HR and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts, project coordinators, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis and provide recommendations to optimise the platform’s functionality to meet client expectations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on high customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure clients are educated on relevant HR and payroll legislation, such as Australian and New Zealand labour laws, and help them configure their platforms accordingly.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance our implementation processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
