About the role

The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our amazing franchises and experiences. We’re a multi-functional group with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Asia and global marketing and franchise leads to produce marketing strategy and campaign plans.
  • Partner with regional and global cross-functional teams to deliver world-class launch and ongoing live service campaign executions.
  • Work closely with the Asia Publishing engagement & integrated communications teams to support events and activation.
  • Manage regional agencies, partners, and marketing opportunities; deliver briefings, carry out campaigns, and produce post-campaign reports.
  • Surface brand, partner, and campaign opportunities and insights to key stakeholders and global teams.
  • Manage budget and administrative tasks for major activations and events, including Purchase Order, Airtable tasks, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the social ecosystem and gaming community.
  • Familiarity with Shooter/FPS franchises and an understanding of market & audience insights.
  • Advanced experience in marketing activation, project management, partner relationships, and agency management.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to present plans to stakeholders and partner’s audience.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and marketing campaign management and reporting tools.
