About the role
Responsibilities
Your future team Atlassian’s Associate Product Manager (APM) internship program is designed to start growing, creative all-rounders into the next generation of global product leaders. Every APM intern gets to work on projects that are important to Atlassian, like building features for brand new products, brainstorming ideas, and running experiments to improve the customer experience. You’ll get a feel for life as a Product Manager, while also getting a close look into what it’s like to be a full-time member of our APM Program when you graduate. Most importantly, the APM internship is 12 weeks spent doing work with us, as a respected member of the team.
This program is open to penultimate year university students with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. The internship dates are late Nov ember 2025 to late February 2026, full-time for 12 weeks.
Qualifications
On the first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Strong communication skills, with a style that’s both clear and empathetic
- A passion for building products, talking to customers about their needs, and analyzing market dynamics
Your background:
- Be in your penultimate year of a Bachelors or Masters program, graduating by January 2027

Our Enterprise Agility product team is comprised of people with backgrounds ranging from accounting to management consulting to customer support to art. We partner with design, engineering, data and research teams to help some of the largest customers of Atlassian gain clarity of insights and improve the efficiency of their strategic initiative investments. You will report to Head of Product, Enterprise Agility.
