About the role

Responsibilities

Your future team As part of Workplace Technology, Tech Support is a global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional customer service to Atlassians - regardless of where they choose to work from. As champions for the end-user, we touch almost everything Workplace Technology does plus more.

As our Workplace Technology intern, you will implement, advocate for and support Atlassian's workplace technology footprint, from application administration to collaboration solutions. You’ll get to work with other Atlassian teams including products, server, cloud and mobile engineering, customer support and execs, so there is always a new challenge!

This program is open to penultimate year university students with Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. The internship dates are late November 2025 to late February 2026, full-time for 12 weeks.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Information Systems or other technical major and completing your studies by January 2027
  • You have experience using and troubleshooting MacOS and Windows or a drive to research potential issues & fixes independently before asking for assistance
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have epic customer service skills
