From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
We're looking for a skilled people manager to lead the SMB Account Management Sales Team in AUNZ. This role will build, scale, and oversee our SMB Account Management team in AUNZ, which is responsible for growing high-value SMB advertisers through expert product adoption and engagement. You will develop and empower your high-performing sales team to understand advertiser needs, identify solutions, and deliver innovation to scale customer ROI across SMB.
The team lead will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, marketing, and more, to optimize and scale programs.
Responsibilities: 1. Own and lead the growth of SMB's highest-value customers in AUNZ. 2. Lead and develop a team of high-performing sellers. 3. Develop and execute business strategies to grow team revenue at scale. 4. Model best-in-class client service and commercial relationships. 5. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to high-value customers. 6. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and best practices with the team and customers. 7. Identify opportunities for innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams. 8. Model a high standard of professionalism with internal and external stakeholders. 9. Create a psychologically safe and inclusive work environment. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of extensive experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising - 2+ years of management experience, leading and inspiring sales team while driving measurable business outcomes - Knowledge of the advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem for AUNZ market - Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results - Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Analytical skills and process management skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in platform and scaled operations is considered a plus. - In-depth knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand AdTech market and its SMB lead initiatives. - Have a passion for TikTok
