What this opportunity involves:  JLL is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our Property and Asset Management team. This role focuses on managing financial and management reporting for property owners, preparing key financial reports, and coordinating the quarterly Asset Planning Process. This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in financial compliance, reporting, and analysis within the dynamic property sector.

An overview of the role:   • Manage financial and management reporting for property owner(s)  • Prepare key financial reports including budgets, quarterly forecasts, KPIs, and lease expiry information  • Coordinate the quarterly Asset Planning Process  • Ensure financial compliance and maintain detailed documentation  • Liaise with external auditors and respond to queries promptly  • Support the property management team with financial analysis and modelling

Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for:  • CPA/CA qualification or equivalent  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel  • Experience with MRI and Asset Plan modelling software (MRI IM) highly regarded  • Property industry experience beneficial  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work
