** The Opportunity **

Our Industrial group of professional services, consulting specialists have demonstrated their ongoing commitment to delivering innovation, sustainability, solution excellence and successful project outcomes for our clients globally. As a result, we are seeking an Intermediate Process Engineer to partner with our clients in delivering technical solutions to solve their business problems.

This position will be based out of our Melbourne office.

About You

This position would suit a degree qualified Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in delivering capital projects within the food, beverage, energy, manufacturing, minerals or metals industries. You will be highly organised with outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our clients. We also expect that you will be able to:

• Provide Project Engineering and Project Management support to deliver key projects with an emphasis on offering innovative solutions, with an emphasis on quality, safety, schedule, service and value for money results
• Build strong customer relationships, and demonstrate your ability to understand our client's core business and ensure that services meet their expectations
• Demonstrate your ability and passion for providing technical advice and project management capabilities while embracing a culture that values teamwork
• Work effectively in a team environment to deliver multi-disciplinary design from early phase scope definition to detailed design
• Provide implementation phase support, including contractor supervision, progress monitoring, schedule reviews, contract management, minor procurement assistance, and expediting
• Flexibility to travel to work alongside clients to deliver projects – previous site experience and consulting experience will be well-regarded
