About the role
What’s the role? We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of initiatives impacting Treasury Technology systems and processes. You will play a key role in the UNITE transformation program, aligning business objectives with technology outcomes and ensuring seamless integration within the existing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a collaborative and inclusive setting.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess the impact of changes, and craft solutions through data analysis and engagement. Your role will involve creating technical specifications, coordinating projects, and contributing to testing to ensure quality outcomes. You will also define business rules, resolve data integrity issues, and support efforts to simplify and consolidate data, all while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What do I need?
- Expertise in advanced data analysis, requirements elicitation, and intermediate SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of banking products and systems.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality analysis and leading successful projects.
- A collaborative approach to building and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Preferred background in liquidity, transfer pricing, or interest rate risk projects.
- Ideal: Experience in banking, particularly within Treasury.
