About the role
We’re on the lookout for an Enterprise Applications Lead to drive the strategic management of our key enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Workday, and Adaptive. If you're a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing technology to support business transformation, this role is for you!

- Leading and mentoring a team of enterprise application specialists
- Overseeing and optimising enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Workday & Adaptive
- Collaborating with business units to align technology with strategic goals
- Managing vendors and driving innovation in enterprise application management
- Ensuring security, compliance, and performance standards are met What you will bring:
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience leading high-performing teams and driving enterprise technology strategy. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing enterprise applications like Salesforce, Workday, and Adaptive.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally, aligning technology with business goals while managing vendors and budgets.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Security & Governance Knowledge: Understanding of IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management.
