The position primarily involves planning, managing, and coordinating quality activities and client feedback systems to support all facets of quality improvement across the organization.
Working within the Risk HCE Operations Team, the Quality Assurance Coordinator is able to:
- Manage client feedback systems and processes
- Coordinate the internal and external audit schedule.
- Identify, lead, and participate in quality improvement projects
- Coordinate actions based on audit results and review processes.
- Review department policies, procedures, and forms at least annually, and update and submit them for document control as needed
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and practices.
- Review and interpret information to drive organizational improvements and initiatives.
- Encourage and demonstrate a positive workplace culture, quality care and open disclosure
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 year’s quality management experience within a health-related field.
- Experience in ISO9001:2015 QMS or like accreditations.
- A high level of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills – verbal & written
- A continuous improvement/quality mindset
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification and/or experience Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement in health & wellbeing is preferred.
- A strong background in reporting and analytics.
- Strong in Excel
