About the role

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating maintenance, repairs, and general facilities operations.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records and filing documents.
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure that facilities-related issues are resolved promptly.
  • Manage internal requests and assist with troubleshooting facility-related concerns.
  • Support inventory management and procurement of facilities supplies.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed and contribute to creating a safe working environment.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (entry-level considered).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
